What happened this month?

From January 17 til Januari 25 is the great dive show in Dusseldorf, Germany. Just like last year Desirée from Magic Island will be there to answer all your questions. You can find her at hall 3, stand C80. See you there!

Just like last year we had a great Christmas. Our kitchen team did a great job with the diner and our dessert was nothing less then a white chocolade mango cheesecake with mango icecream. Of course we had to dive the next day to get rid of the calories. Our dive team had it's own idea about Christmas.

It is a tradition to make a special New Year's dive at Magic Island, just as it is in Europe. As it is very cold in Europe, they wear woollen hads of specific soup and chocolate milk brands. Our dive wouldn't be right without them. Our brave divers are Jan, Rob and Manuel, Esther took the pictures.

It is just a beautiful sight when a turtle eats a jellyfish this size. Thea Kluijtmans took these pictures.

This month Reza obtained her Bubble Maker certificate. This was not an easy task, first learn to swim and get the bouyancy right, then do a treasure hunt. When all this is done well, the swimmingpool lights will be turned of and the divelight on, the most adventures part of the course.
The father of Reza did his Open Water course and could join his daughter in the pool. Karin also got her Open Water license and is happely joining our other diving guests.

We had a great group of divers from Spain as our guests, 36 in total. We thank Tarpoon Dive Centre for visiting us and giving us the time of our live. Thanks for the great party evening! We had guests for the third time, Rob and Esther just can not get enought. Lucky for us, cause Esther made great pictures of our pigmey seahorse family.
