What happended this month?

This month the German magazine Tauchen and the Dutch magazine Duiken have an article about the Philippines and Magic Island Dive Resort. In April of this year JP Bresser and Linda Ferwerda visited our place and we had a week of hard work and big fun together. We personally think they did a great job. It's a bit unfortunate that there where so many great pictures and that just a limited number are published, but that's how it goes. You can read the article thru our website and there you will also find the link for a 10 minutes movie which JP also managed to make. The movie gives a great impression of the diving in Moalboal and Magic Island Dive Resort.

It is a fact that the chances to see the whale shark grow enormously during the dives that other guests check-out, guests cannot dive, cameras are forgotten etc. Ernst-Jan had the macro-lens on his camera, but Ellis was ready! With the help of our dive guide Juan she made a whole series of great pictures.

More than two months we have a family of Pigmee seahorses living on our house reef. They are at a fan at 27meter depth, so you need Nitrox if you want to spend some time with them. At this moment they are with 5 and one has a very big belly, pregnant?

We celebrated the birthday of Anne, congretulations. Again Ellis was our dear guest and Emile and Erwin succeeded the Padi Advanced Open Water course.
