Have you ever seen a manta? On June 15, 7 of our divers were very lucky. Out of the blue came this beautiful manta and it headed straight towards the divers. It took a curios look which took enough time for some great pictures and left.

Bigfin reef squid (in schools of 10 to 20 pieces), 'normal'  squid and the flamboyant cuttle fish you can see day and night. Other kinds like the bobtail squid you will only find during the nighttime. It doesn't matter which kind of sepia or squid you encounter, they will always give you a great show.

Well new, we admit we are diving there already for half a year. It's a great sandy plateau with some rock formations and a maximum depth of 7 meters. Especially on the sand you can find all kinds of special life, pegasus, stargazer, ghost pipe fish, sea snakes, boxer shrimps and of course lots of gobies. Bright yellow, two-spotted, many more, but the best part of them is always the blind shrimp that works like a bulldozer to dig and maintain the hole.

Every where they are, jeepney's! It's a truck-like public transportation vehicle. The newest models, indeed are rebuild trucks, the old types are handmade unique vehicles that are very colorful. If you want to join, you just raise your hand and the driver stops immediately. Want to get off, just knock the metal with a coin and again within 2 seconds the jeepney stops.

Erik and Mayra made their 100th dive, Carin and Herma made their 50th. Carin also celebrated her birthday and Herma gave her a real Philippino pig as a present. Lechon baboy is a pig that has been roasted for hours over a small fire. It's juicy, it's big and all our guests enjoyed it very much!

Leo has been busy again and made a new movie. This one is even better and longer than the first one.
